that is, or he or she can't answer your question, please contact
us and we will be happy to help you.

We have posted solutions to the most commonly asked questions there.

Because we added so many new features to OARS
this year, the User Manual is currently out of date. We are working
hard to revise it, and will have it available for download soon.
We are also in the process of developing an Online Helpdesk where
you can submit questions you have about using OARS and receive an
answer via email.
